ICF - 50 The ICF-50 is a mattress filling machine that was built for placing covers on mattresses. Advantages are no pneumatics, variable speed, (Max speed of 60 ft. per minute) no lubrication. An entrance conveyor or table can be used at the infeed.
ICF - 90  This machine is similar to the ICF-50. The compression conveyors are equipped with drive chains versus belts to provide easier tracking and gripping of the mattress. The heavy duty design can accommodate mattresses up to 18” thick and 90” wide. It is very simple to run and easy to adjust to different sizes.
